international education programs. The role of Principal is critical in delivering the Department of Education's vision and improving student outcomes through strong educational leadership. Our next Principal will have extensive experience as a school leader, with a demonstrated
capacity to lead a large and diverse school community, foster high-quality teaching and learning, and build positive relationships with students, staff, and stakeholders.

The Opportunity

Stretton State College is seeking a highly experienced and passionate educational leader to step into the role of Principal from the beginning of the 2026 school year.

• Lead a large, professional and committed team to deliver strong educational and wellbeing outcomes for Prep-12 students.
• Demonstrate instructional, strategic and collaborative leadership in a complex and challenging setting.
• Maintain a strong focus on delivering world class educational outcomes for all students.
