Advisor – Health, Safety and Wellbeing

Be part of a national team supporting safer, healthier workplaces.

Use your people skills to make a real difference. We're looking for an Advisor – Health, Safety & Wellbeing (HSW) to support frontline teams across Victoria. You'll work locally while collaborating with a nationally connected HSW team.

This role suits someone from people-focused industries, such as healthcare, aged care,or retail, where empathy, communication and care come naturally.

What You'll Do

  • Support leaders to manage health, safety and wellbeing
  • Coach teams, run training and attend sites (2–3 per week)
  • Help identify risks and improve practices
  • Assist with audits, incidents and safety projects

What You'll Bring

  • Cert IV in WHS (or similar)
  • Knowledge of HSW legislation
  • Experience in multi site operational settings (e.g. aged care, retail, warehousing and logistics)
  • Strong communicator with a supportive and team-first mindset
