About your new role

In this role you will lead a team of Business Support and Administration professionals, providing guidance, training, support and fostering growth opportunities. You will have a passion for continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for streamlined processes and business improvement, while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance administrative support.

This role will provide leadership for Business Support teams embedded across the organisation.

To be successful in the role, ideally you will have:

• Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise a team effectively, preferably in a similar business support environment
• Skilled in conducting staff evaluations, providing constructive feedback, and fostering growth opportunities for team members
• Experience in business improvement and enhancement of operational processes by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to streamline workflow
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
