Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities? Gold Coast Community Lifestyles is seeking dedicated and experienced Disability Support Workers to join our growing team

About the Role:

You will be supporting individuals with diverse needs to live fulfilling, independent lives and participate in their communities. We're looking for someone who is confident, outgoing, compassionate, and a strong communicator.

Key Responsibilities:

·Provide personalised, high-quality support with a focus on individual needs and goals

·Support community inclusion and facilitate meaningful, engaging experiences

· Assist with daily living activities including personal care, mobility, and mealtime supports

· Collaborate effectively with participants, families, and other team members

Desirable Experience & Skills:

While not essential, experience in the following areas is highly regarded:

· Hoisting and personal care

· PEG feeding

· Seizure management and understanding of epilepsy

· Bowel care and spinal cord injury support

· Familiarity with assistive technology

Requirements:

· Experience in the Disability Support sector

· Current Driver's Licence

· Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or Blue/Yellow Card)

· Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
