About the Role

Join a globally connected IT team As a
Senior IT Engineer
, you'll lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable infrastructure solutions across our Stores, Support Office, and Processing Centre.

This is a high-impact role requiring autonomy, initiative, and accountability. You'll drive infrastructure projects, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to deliver secure, reliable systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Infrastructure Design & Implementation:
    Architect and deploy scalable, secure solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Project Leadership:
    Own infrastructure projects from concept to completion, aligned with business goals.
  • Vendor Management:
    Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely, high-quality service delivery.
  • Security & Compliance:
    Maintain adherence to security policies and best practices.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with development, security, and service teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Operational Excellence:
    Maintain documentation, runbooks, and procedures for reliable IT operations.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years in IT infrastructure and operations, with 3+ years in a senior/lead role
  • Strong networking (MPLS, SD-WAN), virtualization (VMware), and server/storage expertise
  • Experience with cloud technologies (Azure) and hybrid environments
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and incident/change/problem management
  • Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and access points
  • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and DevSecOps practices
  • Proven vendor management experience

Preferred Skills

  • Solution design and implementation experience
  • Windows administration and Active Directory knowledge
  • Experience managing infrastructure in small to medium-sized data centres
  • Mentoring and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
