About Us
We are opening an exciting new venue in Melbourne, blending a Western cuisine base with Asian-inspired flavours. Our kitchen is equipped with a char grill and deep fryer, offering a dynamic menu that balances creativity and consistency. We are now looking for passionate chefs to join our opening team and grow with us.

What You'll Do
- Assist in daily kitchen operations across hot line and prep
- Work with char grill, deep fryer, and general cooking stations
- Support the preparation of Asian-inspired dishes with a Western foundation
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service and consistent quality
What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn — experience is not required
- Previous kitchen experience will be highly regarded
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Must have full working rights in Australia (no visa restrictions)
