What you'll be doing

  1. Manage a portfolio of workers compensation insurance clients, including policy renewals, claims handling, and overall account management
  2. Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on workers compensation insurance requirements and best practices
  3. Liaise with insurers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your client base
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and activities
  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our workers compensation insurance services
  7. Handle and Manage all Aspects of the Claims Timelines

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar workers compensation account management or insurance broking role
  2. Thorough understanding of workers compensation insurance products, legislation, and industry best practices
  3. Strong client relationship management and communication skills
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
  5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  6. Proficient in the use of relevant insurance software and systems
