Responsibilities

  • Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Conducting phone and video screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Building strong relationships with candidates to understand their career goals.
  • Collaborating with client account managers to align candidate profiles with client needs.
  • Maintaining an active talent pipeline for current and future opportunities.

  • Proven experience in sales - bring your passion, personality & enthusiasm.
