We are now recruiting for a Nursery Lead Educator to join the team.

  • The successful candidate must be Diploma qualified. Previous experience working with infants and toddlers is a requirement of the role.
  • The successful candidates must be able to work all centre shifts (a range of shifts between the hours of 6:45am-6:15pm).
  • Centre rostering is fair and opening/closing shifts are shared across the team, so this flexibility is essential.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Able to create a safe, fun and welcoming environment
  • Able to form genuine relationships with children, parents and team members
  • Fantastic communication skills and the ability to work as a team
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Good working knowledge of the EYLF & NQF
  • Previous experience in a Lead Educator role
  • Able to plan and implement a quality early learning program, document children's individual learning and critically reflect for continuous improvement

Essential Criteria

  • minimum ACECQA approved Diploma or actively studying and nearing completion.
  • Current Blue Card
  • ACECQA approved First Aid & CPR certificates
  • Able to bring enthusiasm, flexibility, professionalism, motivation and reliability to the role.
