The Opportunity

Due to continued growth at our
Dandenong South site
, Chobani is looking for a Logistics Team Leader to lead a small team of three on our
night shift (10:00pm–6:30am, Sunday to Thursday)
where you'll work in our large, modern warehouse that spans both chilled and ambient operations.

In this hands-on role leading from the front, you'll oversee all warehouse activities — from loading and unloading trucks to picking, wrapping, labelling, and palletising finished goods ready for dispatch. You'll also manage stock accuracy through cycle counts, monitor inventory in our systems, and ensure all safety standards are met and exceeded.

You'll also coach and support your team, driving engagement, efficiency, and continuous improvement. This role is perfect for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about empowering others to do their best work.

Skills & Experience

Ideally to be successful in the role you'll have:


• Proven experience operating Counterbalance and Reach forklifts (including Double Deep Reach)


• Previous warehouse leadership experience within manufacturing or food environments (chilled experience advantageous)


• An inclusive, collaborative, people-first leadership style with a focus on coaching and teamwork


• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, implement practical solutions, and support your team in achieving KPIs


• A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and lean practices
