On behalf of our esteemed client, a leading entity in the automotive industry, we are currently seeking candidates for a contract position. This opportunity is available immediately as a contractual role until 31st March 2026, with potential for extension.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development life cycles, testing methodologies, and the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated leadership in guiding cross-functional teams, with a focus on quality assurance and delivery excellence.
  • Proven ability in strong stakeholder and vendor management, ensuring alignment across business objectives and delivery timelines.
  • Expertise in developing and executing test plans, including defining testing strategies and managing end-to-end testing processes.
  • Skilled in creating strategic roadmaps that align with business goals, drive innovation, and support scalable growth.
  • Lead and manage the testing efforts for Connected Solutions in the NextGen program.
  • Design, develop, and execute test approaches to validate software functionality and performance.
  • Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and business partners to understand requirements and identify potential issues.

Qualification / Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Test Lead or Test Manager, with a strong track record of leading testing teams and delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or an equivalent technical qualification, supported by proven experience in software testing, quality assurance methodologies, and IT project delivery.
  • Experience of using Jira to track tests and create reporting.
  • Experience with complex multi-level customer-facing solutions.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, Web services and TLS.
  • Experience with Postman or similar testing tools.
