Customer Service Representative

Monday – Friday | 9 AM – 3 PM

What You'll Be Doing

Customer Service:

  • Be the friendly voice of our company, handling inbound inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
  • Provide expert knowledge on our products, services, and promotions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Keep customer records up to date with accurate documentation.

Telephone Sales:

  • Engage with customers to promote and sell our products and services.
  • Use consultative sales techniques to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships that drive repeat business.

Debtors Collection:

  • Contact customers with outstanding balances and assist with payment solutions.
  • Negotiate payment plans while maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure timely payments and resolve any issues.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture lasting relationships with customers through outstanding service.
  • Address concerns promptly and escalate complex issues when needed.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Generate reports on performance, customer feedback, and collections.
  • Provide regular updates to management on key metrics and targets.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma (a college degree is a plus).
  • Experience in customer service, telephone sales, or debt collection.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and navigate challenging conversations with ease.
  • Proficiency in customer service and sales software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic understanding of financial concepts and debt collection regulations.
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
