They partner with residential and commercial solar installers, contractors, and engineering firms who rely on them for more than just products-they trust them for technical support, design guidance, and long-term service.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service & Sales Representative to join a friendly and fast-paced team. This position will suit someone who thrives on building strong relationships, delivering great service, and identifying opportunities to add value to existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Provide exceptional customer care and product support
  • Process and track customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Identify and follow up on upselling opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

About You:

  • Proven experience in customer service, internal sales, or account support
  • Background in the energy, solar, or technical distribution industry (advantageous)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with great attention to detail
