The Role.
As an Event Producer at iD Collective, you will be responsible for delivering seamless and impactful events that align with client objectives and enhance our reputation for excellence. From concept to execution, you will take ownership of all production elements, ensuring strategic and creative solutions that elevate brand experiences.
This role requires a blend of creativity, operational expertise, and relationship management to deliver outstanding results. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure every event runs smoothly, on time, and within budget. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, and where collaboration and innovation are key to success.

Key Responsibilities.
- Plan, produce, and execute events from concept to completion, ensuring seamless delivery.
- Develop event proposals, budgets, run sheets, and production schedules aligned with client objectives.
- Coordinate all event logistics, including supplier onboarding, risk assessments, and onsite management.
- Maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and delivering tailored event solutions.
- Manage supplier communications, negotiations, and contracts to ensure smooth event execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate PR, digital, and creative elements into events.
- Ensure financial accountability of all budgets.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities, driving agency growth.
