WHO IS ENTHRAL?
Enthral is an independent storytelling agency specialising in earned media, creative and content with offices in Sydney and Melbourne. We tell authentic stories to create engaging content that turns heads and gets hearts racing - and we do it for some of the biggest brands locally and overseas. From FMCG to fashion retail, travel to fast food and grocery; we have big brand client partners who are proud to call us an extension of their team. Our agency is made up of experts in PR, creative, media and production; some have spent more time in newsrooms than boardrooms so storytelling is in our DNA.
We operate as truly one collaborative team regardless of what office we're based in, and we're collectively passionate about delivering big, bold and innovative work within a flexible, fun environment. We are lucky enough to have some of the best in the business in our agency, yet we continue to invest in personal career development because our culture comes first and is what sets us apart.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The role of Senior Producer is to lead the end-to-end production across owned and earned content for a broad range of Enthral client partners across FMCG, travel, lifestyle and retail categories. From quick turnaround content through to bigger creative campaigns, you will cover a broad range of storytelling within your remit.
Given the journalistic DNA of the agency, you will be experienced when it comes to producing news content, including video and audio news releases, and will be confident in interviewing talent to ensure the brand key messages are communicated in the appropriate way to ensure editorial cut-through.
You will be hands on and execute every step in the production process; from all pre-production to directing on shoot, interviewing and managing talent, through to working with our in-house editors to manage the post-production process with them and our client partners.
We are a flat structured business without a traditional agency hierarchy meaning at times you will be the key client contact and will attend key client briefings and strategy planning sessions, acting as a true extension of our client's teams. Your client service will be impeccable with a 'can do' attitude and willingness to go above and beyond.
Enthral has always had flexible working practices, however the role does require some travel to help maintain client relationships.
