The Role:

As Head Chef, you'll be the driving force behind our kitchen operations—leading a passionate team, crafting seasonal menus, and ensuring every plate reflects our commitment to quality, consistency, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all kitchen operations, from prep to pass
  • Lead, train, and inspire a team of chefs and kitchen staff
  • Design and execute innovative, seasonal menus with a Modern Australian focus
  • Manage food costs, stock control, and supplier relationships
  • Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Collaborate with management to deliver an exceptional guest experience

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in a high-volume, quality-driven venue
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A passion for fresh, local ingredients and modern pub fare
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and lead by example
  • Solid understanding of kitchen financials and cost control
