The Shire of Dandaragan is seeking an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our friendly team in the entry level position of Receptionist, providing excellent customer service and administrative support in this vibrant coastal community.
About the Role:
As our full-time Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors and ratepayers, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
· Welcoming and assisting visitors
· Answering and directing phone calls
· Providing general administrative support
· Accepting and reconciling cash and EFTPOS payments
· Maintaining a clean and organised reception area
Ideal Candidate:
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong organisational and time management abilities
· Proficient in computer applications
· A positive and friendly attitude
