The Role:

We are looking for Solicitors who can work within a dynamic and high-performing environment.

Key duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Consult clients to assess the nature and scope of legal issues across various areas including family, property, commercial and immigration law, and provide tailored, strategic legal advice.

  • Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, affidavits, wills, power of attorney, family consent orders, visa applications, and court pleadings.

  • Prepare cases by conducting legal research, gathering evidence, briefing and liaising with relevant authorities.

  • Represent clients in various courts and tribunals, including family courts.

  • Draft and oversee the execution of wills, ensuring they reflect the client's intentions and comply with legal requirements

  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing regular updates on case progress and ensuring high standards of client care, confidentiality, and professionalism.

  • Work collaboratively with other solicitors, paralegals, and administrative staff to support firm operations and contribute to a positive team environment.

  • Stay up-to-date with legislative and regulatory changes.

Key Requirements
:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Solicitor
  • Strong understanding of
    relevant legislation, regulations, and case law

- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills

, including drafting legal documents and providing clear client advice.
- High level of
professional integrity, discretion, and confidentiality

- Practising certificate in Australia

Salary: 

Salary: $77000 annually, exclusive of superannuation
