The Role:
We are looking for Solicitors who can work within a dynamic and high-performing environment.
Key duties will include, but not limited to:
Consult clients to assess the nature and scope of legal issues across various areas including family, property, commercial and immigration law, and provide tailored, strategic legal advice.
Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, affidavits, wills, power of attorney, family consent orders, visa applications, and court pleadings.
Prepare cases by conducting legal research, gathering evidence, briefing and liaising with relevant authorities.
Represent clients in various courts and tribunals, including family courts.
Draft and oversee the execution of wills, ensuring they reflect the client's intentions and comply with legal requirements
Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing regular updates on case progress and ensuring high standards of client care, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Work collaboratively with other solicitors, paralegals, and administrative staff to support firm operations and contribute to a positive team environment.
Stay up-to-date with legislative and regulatory changes.
Key Requirements
:
- Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Solicitor
- Strong understanding of
relevant legislation, regulations, and case law
.
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills
, including drafting legal documents and providing clear client advice.
- High level of
professional integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
.
- Practising certificate in Australia
Salary:
Salary: $77000 annually, exclusive of superannuation
