About You
- Account Management experience is required
- Proficiency in M365 programs, such as Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- A willingness to learn with a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work autonomously and part of a team
- The ability to communicate effectively and efficiently.
- Relationship building skills and excellent time management skills
- High attention to detail through all forms of admin/paperwork
- A desire to learn, improve, succeed and grown within the company
- Strong culture of ethics in the workplace which is essential for a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement, productivity and retention.
General Purpose
Primary point of contact between a company and its clients, ensuring strong relationships, seamless communication, and ongoing business growth. The role is responsible for managing client accounts, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that align with company offerings while achieving sales and retention goals.. Create, update and maintain customer prospects via our CRM. Main point of contact for answering incoming calls.

Main Job Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients with an assigned customer base.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, handling day-to-day client communications
- Completing regular stock-check phone calls to generate orders
- Understand client business objectives and align solutions to support their goals.
- Manage the full account lifecycle, including onboarding, service delivery, renewals, and upselling.
- Create new records where needed, update and maintain customer details/outcome of conversations in our CRM database– "CreataCRM
- Prepare quotations where needed and assist with processing of orders received.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to ensure a one-stop-shop.
- Meet or exceed account growth, retention, and satisfaction targets.
Hours of work: 8.00 AM to 4.00 PM (with half an hour meal break)
Location: Castle Hill 2154
Permanent-Part time applicants will also be considered.
Salary based on experience and will be discussed throughout the recruitment process.
An additional $10,000 commission payable upon achieving targets (paid Quarterly)
