Job Description:The Role
  • Processing a high volume of supplier invoices in an accurate and timely manner
  • Matching, batching, and coding invoices
  • Managing supplier queries and ensuring prompt resolution
  • Preparing weekly payment runs and reconciling accounts payable ledger
  • Supporting month-end close activities related to AP
  • Assisting with general finance admin and ad hoc tasks as required
Your Profile
  • Proven experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable role
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Exposure to the construction or engineering industries is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to start immediately and commit to an ongoing assignment
