The opportunity
Gold Coast Infrastructure Solutions (GCIS) is a Joint Venture between Downer and Ventia that is performing works to deliver water and wastewater repairs and maintenances services, renewals program works for the City of Gold Coast.
We are seeking our next superstar Finance Administrator to join our dynamic team based at Arundel. This is a full-time permanent opportunity with flexible and hybrid working options available.
What you'll do
You will play a vital role by providing support to the GCIS Finance and Commercial team. Reporting to the Commercial and Procurement Manager your day to day will involve the below:
- Raising of Purchase Orders, obtaining approvals for costs received and processing claims and invoices.
- Supporting subcontractors with queries and other general support as required.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What we're looking for
You will cultivate outstanding organisation skills, foster collaboration, and uphold a positive mindset, enabling you to achieve success in this role.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in finance administration, ideally within the utilities, water or construction industry.
- Ability to manage and process a high volume of data.
- Expose to ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
