Financial Controller

We're seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead our finance operations and support strategic growth from our Arundel MainEvent RV headquarters.

• Oversee all accounting functions across multiple dealerships.
• Deliver accurate monthly reports, P&Ls, budgets, and forecasts.
• Manage cash flow, compliance (BAS, GST, payroll tax), and audits.
• Maintain vehicle stock control, floorplan finance, and costing.
• Lead month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Partner with banks, auditors, and finance providers.
• Support payroll, HR compliance, and supplier management.
• Optimise systems and reporting using the dealership management system (DMS).
• Manage the administration team.

• A commercial acumen to provide insights into operational performance and vision for the finance function.
• Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CA preferred.
• 5+ years in senior accounting or financial management.
• Dealership, automotive, or caravan industry experience preferred.
• Understanding of floorplan finance and vehicle DMS/ERP systems preferred.
• Detail-driven with excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
