We are currently seeking Experienced Underground Drilling Site Managers, to oversee multiple drill rigs at our underground project. This is a long-term opportunity to join a team that values excellence, safety and innovation -and delivers consistently high-quality results to our valued clients.

The Role:

As an Underground Site Manager, you'll be responsible for the effective operation and leadership of drilling crews across multiple rigs, ensuring optimal performance, compliance, and client satisfaction. Your role is hands-on, strategic, and integral to the continued success of our projects

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead operations across 4–6 underground drill rigs
  • Manage and mentor drilling teams to achieve safety and productivity goals
  • Ensure all site activities comply with HSE standards and company policies
  • Maintain accurate reporting, planning, and communication across teams
  • Liaise with clients to ensure exceptional service and performance delivery
  • Support the use of advanced robotic drilling technology in daily operations

What We're Looking For

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum 6 years' experience in a supervisory underground drilling role
  • Certificate III in Drilling Operations (mandatory)
  • Diploma in Drilling Operations (RII50609) – Highly advantageous
  • Certificate IV in Drilling – Well regarded
  • Cert IV in Supervision – Well regarded
  • Cert IV Training and Assessment – Well regarded
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams and operational planning
  • High-level communication and organisational skills
  • Strong computer literacy and task reporting capability
  • Senior First Aid certification
  • Valid 4x4 driver training – Highly regarded
  • Clear drug and alcohol screen, and able to pass comprehensive medical
  • National Police Clearance

We're Looking for Someone Who Has:

  • 8-10 years' experience in the field or in a related area
  • Proven leadership and people management skills
  • Strong Safety focus and conflict resolution capabilities
  • Excellent decision making and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level planning, budgeting and communication skills
  • Must produce a clear drug and alcohol screen
  • Current National Police Clearance
  • Current and valid Driver's Licence
  • Able to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical
