About the role:

Our client is a mining services contractor who have projects spread across Australia and Internationally. With projects in coal, gold, copper and other minerals they have a diverse client base and hence opportunity for long term growth.

This particular position is based at an open pit coal mine in NSW.

What we are seeking:

  • Previous experience in Drill and Blast design
  • Ideally a degree in mining engineering however we will consider candidates who have come from a shot-firer background
  • Skilled with drill and blast / mine design software
  • Easy person to work with who is focused on quality work, learns fast, safety focused and is passionate about drill and blast
  • Eligible to work in Australia
