Customer Care Coordinator

HCA is a registered provider and offers leading disability support services across the Nation through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) government funding. From Nursing and Complex Care to day-to-day support, our goal is to provide the best quality support and care based on the participant's lifestyle and needs.
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Coordinator to join our team in Melbourne, and play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). In this position, you will lead and oversee our customer care operations, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support and assistance throughout their NDIS journey.
Working closely with our team, you will use your professional expertise to help clients strengthen their capabilities, develop practical support plans, and actively participate in their communities.
What you'll be doing:
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Manage a caseload, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Develop support plans aligned with funding and service goals.
- Oversee budgets to effectively manage customer funding.
- Maintain regular communication on funding and service delivery.
- Monitor outcomes and conduct timely service reviews.
- Ensure compliance in quoting, agreements, funding, debt management, and plan reviews.
- Keep all documentation and case notes accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate with Recruitment and Rostering teams to strengthen workforce capacity.
Let's talk about you
You'll have proven experience in customer service management, ideally within the disability or healthcare sector. If you've worked in NDIS we'd love you to show off your knowledge of NDIS policies, procedures and regulations in your resume
You're a natural communicator, able to connect with clients and stakeholders with ease, building trust and lasting relationships.
Any certification in disability services or related areas is highly desirable, and experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is preferred.
