**The Opportunity**

We are seeking an accomplished and strategic General Manager to lead the team at Spice Temple Melbourne.

This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned hospitality professional to oversee a premium dining venue of national repute, where service, culinary excellence, and operational performance are held to the highest standards.

As General Manager, you will:

- Provide strong, visible leadership on the floor and behind the scenes, ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience at every service
- Foster a culture of excellence through the recruitment, training, and development of a high-performing front-of-house team
- Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and executive leadership team to uphold brand integrity and achieve financial, service, and operational benchmarks
- Manage labour, cost controls, and operational efficiency in line with venue goals and group expectations
- Champion innovation, professionalism, and continuous improvement across all aspects of the business

**Your Background**

- Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leadership role within a hatted, fine dining, or internationally recognised hospitality venue
