We're looking for a thoughtful and technically skilled Senior Customer Solutions Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with customers and internal teams to design and deliver tailored network solutions, while also mentoring others and helping build team capability. Let's talk about you

You're someone who leads with empathy and curiosity, and you're energised by helping others solve complex problems.   • Have a strong understanding of business and enterprise telecommunications, including NBN access technologies, fibre, VoIP, and data centre cross-connects.

  • Are experienced in implementing SD-WAN, MPLS, and Layer 2 networks across a range of scales.

  • Hold hands-on experience and certifications in Cisco and/or Fortinet (e.g. CCNA, NSE4/5).

  • Have worked with Hosted Phone Systems, Cloud Connect, and Managed Routers.

  • Enjoy continuous learning and quickly adapt to new technologies.

  • Have coached or mentored other technical team members and enjoy supporting their growth.

  • Solve problems with care and creativity, and work well both independently and within a team.

  • Communicate clearly and kindly, especially when navigating change or complexity.

How will you support our "Why?"

As our Senior Customer Solutions Engineer, you'll help bring our values to life by designing and delivering thoughtful, customer-focused solutions. You'll work closely with customers, sales, and technical teams to ensure our services are implemented smoothly and with care. You'll also play a key role in supporting and uplifting your teammates, helping us grow our capability together.

  • Liaise with customers to understand their needs and design tailored connectivity and infrastructure solutions.

  • Collaborate with Sales to create detailed configurations that support customer goals.

  • Configure network infrastructure across a range of hardware and software platforms (e.g. Cisco, Fortinet, Meraki).

  • Support installation teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Provide clear handover documentation to our Customer Operations team.

  • Conduct product research and liaise with Strategic Products and Marketing teams.

  • Stay up to date with our product set and network capabilities.

  • Guide and support your team, helping build capability and confidence.

  • Motivate the team to achieve shared goals and individual growth.
