Our client, a forward-thinking and market-leading organisation based in South-East / Sourth Melbourne, is seeking a highly motivated Manager to join and lead their Customer Onboarding Team.

This role is pivotal in ensuring new customers experience a seamless and positive transition into learning and adopting the company's products and services.

As the Manager of Customer Onboarding, you will lead onboarding processes, working closely with sales and the onboarding specialists to ensure clients have an impeccable experience through implementation and training.

You will be responsible for managing the entire onboarding lifecycle, identifying areas for process improvements, and enhancing overall client engagement and adoption

Key responsibilities include:

  • Successfully managing and executing customer onboarding plans to align with business objectives.
  • Collaborating with internal teams such as Sales, Product, and Support to ensure a smooth customer journey.
  • Developing and implementing best practices to continuously improve onboarding experiences.
  • Monitoring client progress and providing feedback to address any challenges proactively.
  • Building strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • Extensive Customer Onboarding / Customer Success experience with a SaaS product provider.
  • A genuine passion for customer delight
  • Team leadership skills and experience in a similar setting; SaaS onboarding, CS, implementation etc.
