Join Our Port Kembla Team – Part-Time Retail Staff Member

Campbell Petroleum is a family-owned business operating fuel retail, bottle shop, and convenience outlets across the Illawarra, Shoalhaven, Eurobodalla, and Monaro regions.

We're looking for a fun, energetic, and down-to-earth Retail Staff member who is passionate about providing great service to keep our customers coming back for more.

You'll be busy and on your feet for the whole shift—there's always something to do. The role includes serving customers at the fuel counter, preparing fresh food, stocking shelves and rotating stock, performing safety and security checks (including dipping tanks to check levels), and cleaning inside and out.

You'll need…

  • Previous experience working in customer-facing, retail roles
  • The ability to work well with others
  • Safety awareness
  • Reliability—it's a small team
  • Attention to detail—taking pride in doing things right and having the store looking great
  • Cash handling experience
  • Willingness to take responsibility for opening and closing on some shifts, once trained
  • Driver Licence and own vehicle

We'd also love it if you have food handling experience (cafe / fast food), but we can offer training for the right person with a great attitude.
