Now, we're gearing up to open our brand-new Shellharbour store in late October – and we're looking for a motivated, experienced Store Manager to lead the charge.

YOUR ROLE

As Store Manager, you'll lead the daily operations of our Shellharbour store, ensuring exceptional customer service and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding service and expert product advice
  • Lead, train, and inspire your team
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising
  • Oversee rosters, admin tasks, and store presentation
  • Drive sales and local marketing initiatives, including social media
  • Achieve and exceed store KPIs and performance targets

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Previous retail management experience
  • Strong customer service and sales background
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • Experience in health food, supplements, or related industries (highly regarded)
  • Solid knowledge of sports nutrition, vitamins, and wellness products
  • Nutrition and/or fitness qualifications (a bonus)
  • Tech-savvy with basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
