Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Consultant to provide crucial support across the lifecycle of major infrastructure projects. This role is a blend of project delivery, client interaction, and essential operational support, offering a fantastic opportunity to build a career in infrastructure consultancy. You will be responsible for executing tasks under guidance, contributing to analysis, and ensuring the smooth running of project administration.

Position requirements:
- Assisting in the delivery of strategy, development, and transaction services for projects on behalf of government agencies or bidding consortiums.
- Providing research and analysis to support commercial, technical, or process-related services for major infrastructure projects.
- Take ownership of key project administration, including the setup, maintenance, and management of virtual datarooms and document control systems.
- Undertake project delivery tasks and support the project management function to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Support senior team members in identifying, anticipating, and escalating project issues with clients and stakeholders.
- Be an active and collaborative team member, contributing to a positive and productive team environment.
- Assist in building relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, statutory authorities, contractors, and end users.
- Support the Bids Team by contributing to proposals and submissions, and by helping to maintain external relationships.
About you:
To be considered you need to have at least 2-3 years of experience in a consultancy, client-side advisory, or project support role (essential). You will also have:
- A tertiary qualification in law, engineering, commerce, business management, or a related field.
- A current security clearance, or the ability to obtain one, is highly regarded.
- Developing stakeholder and client management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good business acumen and critical thinking, with the ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills, with experience or a high aptitude for managing project information systems (e.g., data and document management platforms).
- High self-motivation and a proactive attitude, looking to develop and drive your career.
