About the role

JNC PAINTING AND PROPERTY MAINTENANCE PTY LTD' is seeking experienced Painters / Brush Hands to join our team. This full-time role is based in Forster, NSW 2428 and will involve a range of painting and property maintenance duties.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and applying fillers
  • Applying paints, stains, and other finishes to both interior and exterior surfaces
  • Operating a range of painting equipment including brushes, rollers, and spray guns
  • Completing detailed paintwork such as cutting in edges and corners
  • Assisting with basic property maintenance tasks as required
  • Ensuring a clean and tidy work environment throughout each project
  • Following all health and safety protocols to maintain a safe worksite

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Painter or Brush Hand, preferably in the Trades & Services industry
  • Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Physically fit and able to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
