Your Mission | Chef de Partie – Fornoria

At Fornoria, it's all about Roman-style pizza al taglio, gourmet pinsas, and build-your-own paninis, paired with the finest Illy coffee. We're looking for a Chef de Partie who's ready to lead a station, cook with passion, and create dishes that make customers smile.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Create Magic: Handcraft pizzas, pinsas, and paninis with speed, flair, and consistency.
  • Own Your Station: Keep your workspace clean, organised, and efficient—especially during the rush.
  • Innovate & Inspire: Bring your ideas to the table for seasonal menus and exciting new dishes.
  • Be a Team Player: Work seamlessly with the kitchen and front-of-house teams, sharing your skills and knowledge.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience as a Chef de Partie
  • Master knife skills and strong knowledge of kitchen systems
  • Passion for fresh, quality ingredients—especially Italian-inspired cuisine
  • Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards
  • Thrives under pressure and loves a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communicator and team collaborator
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and peak trade
