Duties and Responsibilities

  • In house and site electrical repairs, servicing and fault finding
  • In house and onsite tagging of all equipment
  • Assisting with commissioning of machinery
  • Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
  • Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
  • Tie workflow to schedule and produce timely and detailed service reports
  • Document processing as per company guidelines
  • Operate company vehicle(s) in a safely manner and use field automation systems
  • Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols
  • Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organisation
  • Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations and briefings
  • Build positive relationships with customers
  • Assist in installations, dismantling and jump of Hoists & Mast climbers
  • Maintenance and repairs of machines on site and in workshop
  • Inspect machines for damage or loss and report
  • Carry out site inductions for operators and hirers
  • Be active involved in improvement of machines and procedures
  • Any other ad-hoc duties falls under electrical/mechanical scope of work as and when required
  • Reporting to Lead Electrician

Candidates with WA Electrical license would be preferred.

Candidates who do not have WA Electrical license must take steps to obtain one while working with the company under a fully licensed electrician.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
