We are currently seeking **Installation and Service Technician Assistant** to join our experienced team. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who are eager to grow their skills and be part of a dynamic and supportive work environment.

**About the Role**

As an Assistant, you will:

- Support the Installation and Service Technician with on-site installation of roller shutters, outdoor blinds, and other products.
- Assist the Installation and Service Technician to perform installations independently without supervision, always maintaining high quality and safety standards
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, drilling, using ladders, and working outdoors.
- Modify structures on-site (e.g. angles, trims, brackets, posts).
- Aid in servicing and maintenance tasks to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate job documentation and records.
- Provide exceptional customer service and represent the brand professionally.
- Follow safety protocols and site procedures.
- Handle payments and submit job reports and invoices promptly.
- Perform other duties as required to support the installation team.

**Working Hours**
- **Monday to Friday, 6:45 AM - 3:20 PM**:

- Overtime may be required when necessary.

**Preferred Skills & Requirements**
- Previous experience installing roller shutters, blinds, or window furnishings is highly regarded.
- Background in fitting, fixing, carpentry, or glazing is a strong advantage.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Strong understanding of safety standards and procedures.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting carrying and installing shutters and blinds safely.
- Strong time management and multitasking ability.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and a proactive work ethic.
- White Card.
- Must hold a **valid driver’s licence**.
