About Us

Parcelrun is a growing last-mile delivery provider, helping leading eCommerce and retail partners move freight quickly and reliably. We're expanding our Urban rider team and looking for energetic, reliable bike couriers.

About the Role
  • Parcel delivery by bike only (no vehicles)
  • Cargo bikes and e-bikes preferred – standard bike experience welcome
  • Routes focused on Sydney CBD and nearby suburbs (high density, short distances)
  • Competitive rates with consistent work
  • Hands-on support team, fast onboarding, and simple delivery app

  • Bike and road-safe setup provided (uniform, helmet, lights, phone mount & power bank)
Requirements
  • Confident urban rider with safe road skills
  • Full Australian Driver's Licence
  • Unrestricted Australian work rights
  • Clear background check
  • Reliable, fit, and rain-or-shine ready
  • Customer service focused and able to follow delivery app processes
