THE OPPORTUNITY

We have an exciting opportunity for a Mail & Courier Services Specialist to join our team at a client site in Sydney CBD. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operational delivery of mail and courier services in line with our KPIs and SLAs. You will also lead and manage a small team of Mail & Courier Services Associates to maintain service excellence.

Please note – this is a 100% onsite, 5 days/ week role, based in Sydney CBD. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer experience by acting as a trusted advisor, ensuring all work meets FBAU quality standards, and resolving issues promptly. 
  • Manage service delivery operations at customer sites, including workflow optimization, priority changes, and consumable stock control. 
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements and provide cost-effective, high-quality solutions for design, print, and distribution needs. 
  • Drive continuous improvement through process enhancements, adoption of new systems, and innovative service delivery practices. 
  • Monitor and report operational performance, analyze monthly data, and recommend actions to improve productivity and reduce wastage. 
  • Collaborate and support teams by providing expertise, cross-training, and leveraging shared services and vendors for optimal cost efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a service delivery environment with exceptional customer service skills 
  • Experience in Mail, Courier & Records Management Systems and Process 
  • Detailed understanding of Mail, Incoming, Outgoing and Registered Parcels 
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office software skills
