THE OPPORTUNITY

We have an exciting permanent full-time opportunity available for a Mail & Courier Services Associateat our client site in Sydney CBD. This role requires the ability to provide an efficient service delivery based in a customer site, while ensuring efficiency, cost consciousness and excellent customer service.

We are looking for a quick learner with exceptional customer service skills & communication skills.

Please note – this is a 100% onsite, 5 days/ week role, based in Sydney CBD.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sort and deliver daily mail and help with courier operations including inbound and outbound collection and delivery
  • Follow established processes and systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers and team members.
  • Complete all customer tasks in line with organisational & client quality standards.
  • Process customer requests within set timeframes and according to requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure information is reported using appropriate systems.
  • Support and participate in cross-training with team members.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication & customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in a Mailroom environment.
  • Strong computer literacy including proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic and changing environment.
  • Knowledge of Mail & Courier systems.
  • General understanding of mail processes including incoming/outgoing mail, couriers and registered parcels.
