Description & RequirementsMonadelphous is currently on the lookout for a planner for one of our major oil & gas projects in Karratha on a 2:1 basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with various teams to develop seamless interfaces between the functions to enable the safe, consistent and reliable planning of all shutdown activities
- Estimate and breakdown the scope to match it to the schedule for reporting purposes
- Update activities and statuses based on information from all sources in P6
- Managing and making necessary adjustments to planning priorities as required
- Scoping the full extent of shutdown work needed to conduct the relevant activities in the project during shutdown periods
- Maintain and continuously improve job plans and task lists
- Ensure key performance indicators are captured and reported
- Manage reporting of daily shutdown progress
What you'll bring:
- 3-5 years+ experience in a similar onsite role within a oil and gas environment
- Experience forecasting labour demand
- Proven high level of computer literacy, specifically in MS Excel and Primavera P6
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
- A methodical approach, paying attention to detail and taking responsibility for the quality and accuracy of own work and meeting deadlines
- Well-developed analytical capabilities
- You are positive, reliable and motivated with a desire to make a difference
- Ability to undertake a site roster
