We're seeking a
Legal Secretary
to join our brand-new Brisbane office and play a key role in supporting our Partners and legal teams.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Diary, email and travel management
  • Preparing legal documents and maintaining client/matter records
  • Billing, expenses and practice administration
  • Coordinating meetings, events and business development activities
  • Contributing to the growth and success of our Brisbane office

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years' experience as a Legal Secretary or Practice Assistant in a law firm
  • Strong MS Office skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Highly organised, proactive and confident managing competing priorities
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Australian citizen or permanent resident
