An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Rose Litigation Lawyers as a Legal Secretary in our Brisbane office.

Qualifications & experience

  • Minimum one year legal secretarial experience
  • Previous customer service experience in a professional services environment will be highly regarded
  • Highly organised, proactive and solutions driven
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Energetic team player with a positive attitude

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial support to our lawyers, including matter related tasks, filing and billing
  • Attend to arrangements for court filing, mail, couriers and coordinate the flow of information into and out of the office
  • Assist with keeping the firm's practice management system (LEAP) up to date and files in order
  • Assist with the delivery of operational projects to contribute to efficiency gains.
  • Support our reception and marketing functions.
