About the role

An opportunity has become available to join the Rodd & Gunn team as Manager in our amazing pad in David Jones Macquarie.

In this customer-focused role, you will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining exceptional customer service and leading the store team. This is an excellent chance to develop your retail management skills within a premium brand.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead, coach and motivate your team.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee store operations.
  • Roster planning.
  • Delivering world class 'insta worthy' VM standards.
  • Contribute to the achievement of store targets and Key Performance Indicators.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 years' experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team.
  • Proven ability to multitask, problem-solve and work well under pressure.
  • Passion for the Rodd & Gunn brand and a commitment to delivering premium customer experiences.
  • Ability to work a Tuesday - Saturday roster.
