What this role is all about

This is a hands-on graduate opportunity where you'll contribute to acoustic engineering design across buildings and environmental projects. You'll work with experienced acoustic engineers, support modelling and analysis, attend site investigations, and build your capability across a wide range of acoustic and environmental applications.

How you'll contribute day-to-day

• Acoustic engineering design and calculations across buildings and environmental projects

• Using acoustic engineering modelling tools such as SoundPLAN and Insul

• Preparing clear and well-structured technical reports

• Working with clients, contractors and vendors to support project delivery

• Representing Lucid at industry and student-facing events

• Conducting site work including noise measurements and noise logger installations

• Attending site and project meetings with Project Team Leaders

What sets you up for success

• Holds an Australian-recognised degree in Audio/Acoustics, Science, Engineering or similar

• Is curious, proactive and enjoys solving complex problems

• Communicates clearly and enjoys working with people

• Has an interest in sustainability and a progressive mindset

• Has full working rights in Australia

• Australian citizenship is preferred for Defence project requirements such as baseline security clearance

• Brings 0–2 years of experience (graduates encouraged to apply)
