The Role:

As an experienced practitioner in the Acoustics sector, you know what is important and how you will be investing your time, you'll be:

  • Overseeing delivery of a range of significant scale major projects with a specific focus on Architectural / Buildings Acoustics.
  • Managing project deliverables, costs and resources
  • Undertaking and reviewing specialised Acoustics modelling (experience using Soundplan, Cadna or other recognised software packages)
  • Mentoring others in your team and ensuring that as a group you deliver real value for your clients
  • Developing your leadership and management skills with guidance from experienced, approachable mentors
  • Client relationship management
  • Shaping project strategy and programming project deliverables

What you must have to apply:

  • Australian-based Buildings Acoustics consulting experience
  • People and project leadership experience
  • Acoustic Modelling and Analysis experience ideally utilising Soundplan, Cadnaa etc or other relevant programs
  • Relevant qualifications and memberships to Australian / International Acoustics associations
  • Advanced report writing and communication skills
  • A reputation for delivering high-quality work and building excellent team morale and client relationships
  • A passion to innovate and find better ways to engage with and deliver value for your clients
