To be eligible, you must hold or be in the final year of an Engineering degree ideally with a focus in Fire Safety Engineering and have full working rights in Australia.

What is your role?
As a Graduate | Fire Safety at ADP Consulting, you'll join a supportive and experienced team dedicated to your development. This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful, sustainability-focused projects while learning from industry mentors and technical experts in Fire Safety Engineering. 

Your experience will include:  

• Working on real projects with support from experienced engineers and leaders
• Participating in monthly national graduate learning sessions (e.g. ESG in Consulting, Personal Branding, and Saying Yes to Opportunities)
• Engaging with clients, architects, and stakeholders to deliver impactful designs
• Accessing a learning platform with over 97,000 professional resources
• Receiving support for Engineers Australia Chartership
• Joining a vibrant social and wellness culture including fitness classes, book club, and team events
• Having the opportunity to fast-track your development through a high-performance graduate stream

About You  

You're a soon-to-be or recent Fire Safety Engineering Graduate who is enthusiastic, curious, and ready to contribute to a better built environment.  

You bring a growth mindset and a passion for collaborative problem-solving. You're also:  

• Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering
• Ideally pursuing or interested in post-degree accreditation in Fire Safety (desirable)
• Genuine passion for Fire Safety Engineering
• A clear communicator and team player
• Interested in sustainability and technical innovation
• Self-motivated and open to new experiences
• Comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Eligible to work in Australia (citizen, PR, or NZ citizen)
