We're a class-based gym with a state-of-the-art recovery center, Located at The Pier, Cairns — and we're looking for an energetic, knowledgeable Group Fitness Trainer / Coach to join our team.

Looking for a hands on coach to Lead our BUILD, BOX, WORK, RANGE and HYROX classes. Surrounded by an incredible community and next-level facilities, including:

Full Boxing Studio & Ring

Functional & Weight Training Equipment

Recovery Zone with Infrared Saunas, Steam Sauna, Cold Plunge, and Compression Therapy

We're after someone who:

Brings great energy and connection to every class

Has experience (or passion to learn) in boxing and group training

Loves coaching people to perform and feel their best

Is team-oriented, reliable, and loves community

If you're ready to grow with a high-performance team and help people level up in training and recovery — we want to hear from you

Qualifications & experience

  • Minimum Cert 3 in Fitness
  • First Aid and CPR
  • Be passionate about health and fitness
  • Work well as part of a team
  • Previous experience in personal training, preferably group training (preferred but not essential)
  • Boxing, Weightlifting or Movement and Mobility experience will be looked upon favorably

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Running group Boxing, Lifting, Functional Fitness and Stretching classes.
  • Opening and closing of gym.
  • Creating a fun and welcoming environment for all members.
  • Support members achieve their individual goals.
  • Posting on social media.
