What will you do?

Our Assistant Store Managers are key to our store's success, they support Store Managers by driving team performance, ensuring operational excellence, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining full compliance across the store. As a key part of our store leadership team, you are responsible for supporting financial outcomes and creating a positive work culture for our team members. You lead by example, balancing day-to-day priorities with long-term growth and development.

What are we looking for?

Proven experience leading diverse teamsSkilled at balancing priorities, operations demand, and customer expectationsProficient with business tools and technology for managing teams, inventory, and budgetsPromotes a safe workplace through leadership and hazard reportingConfident decision-maker with strong operational knowledgeExperienced in workforce management systems to optimise team rosters, cost control and complianceStrong in data analysis to monitor sales, forecast trends, and drive strategic decision making
