Location: NSW Regional (Yass, Goulburn, Wagga Wagga & Snowy Monaro)

Role: Breakfast Chef

This role will involve:


• Preparing and cooking high-quality meals, ensuring consistency and excellence. Be a part of a team that cares about the dish.


• Influence menu design, share creativity and strengths.


• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all safety and hygiene standards.


• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, including HACCP protocols.

What we are looking for:


• Chef qualifications (minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery)


• Experience in producing bulk style breakfast and crib menu


• Competent in dessert production


• Australian Citizen or Full working rights in Australia


• Current Full Driver's License


• Construction White Card


• Food Safety & Food Allergen Training- Essential


• Current National Police Check (within the last 3 months)


• First Aid/CPR (preferred)


• Effective communication skills at all levels, both client-facing and internal
