About The Role
As the
Head of Property Management
, you will lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of our diverse and strategically important property portfolio. You will oversee lease administration, facilities management, and customer support, while maximising revenue growth and maintaining compliance within a highly regulated environment.
This leadership role is key to our long-term growth and success and will work closely with senior executives, stakeholders, tenants, and government authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the property management, leasing, and facilities strategy for commercial success and sustainability.
- Manage lease negotiations, renewals, and contract administration with legal support.
- Maximise revenue through rent reviews, budgeting, and P&L oversight per property.
- Manage minor works projects and ensure compliance with Airport Building Control Regulations.
- Identify and promote new commercial property opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all statutory, legal, environmental, and OHS obligations are met.
- Apply the ADG Risk Management Framework and uphold safety and compliance standards.
- Administer tenant and property approvals under Airport Lessee responsibilities.
- Lead and mentor a small, high-performing team of property professionals.
- Foster a collaborative, results-focused culture aligned with company values.
- Work cross-functionally to support broader company objectives.
Essential
About You
- Demonstrated experience managing a complex property portfolio.
- Strong background in commercial lease negotiation and property law (with legal support).
- Experience managing and developing small teams.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical ability.
- Proven ability to resolve complex issues and deliver commercial outcomes.
- Eligible for an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) and able to pass an AFP check.
- NT Driver's Licence (or ability to obtain).
Desirable
- Experience in commercial property within aviation, infrastructure, or government sectors.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Economics, Commerce, or a related field.
- NT Property Management Licence.
