About Us

CrispAir is a leading residential air conditioning company, specialising in servicing and installing systems across the extended Perth metro area.

Our sister company, CrispMechanical, focuses on high-end residential and commercial projects, providing builders with complete HVAC-R (heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration) solutions.

Together, we combine forces to deliver outstanding outcomes for our customers – and we're looking for motivated installers and technicians to join our growing team.

About the Roles:

We have multiple positions available across residential and commercial installation. If you have experience in any of the below, we'd love to hear from you:

  • VRV/VRF commercial or residential refrigeration installation
  • Ducted systems, wall split systems, or cassette system refrigeration installation
  • Flexible or rigid/semi-rigid duct installations

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven installation experience (references and/or photos of previous work required for duct installers)
  • A positive, reliable and safety-conscious attitude
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team

Qualifications (not all required for every role):

  • Certificate IV in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
  • Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
  • Certificate II in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning

    (Duct installer roles do not require formal qualifications but experience must be proven.)
